4-4:30 PM

2. Boarding rates are charged per night. The check-in day always counts as 1 night. If pets are picked up before 12 p.m., you will not be charged for that night.

3. BOARDING DURING HOLIDAYS REQUIRES A $50.00 DEPOSIT, which is applied to your boarding charges. Reservations must be canceled seven days before the reservation date for a full refund.

4. Animals presented for boarding must be current with all required vaccines and be on a monthly flea and tick control program. Fecal worm checks to check for intestinal parasites are required every three months for animals that board. Fecal samples may be brought in for testing on the first day of boarding. If last exam by our veterinarian was over six months ago, an exam is necessary and a fee may be charged.

5. Vaccines required for dogs are as follows: Rabies, Distemper, Leptospirosis, Influinza and Bordetella. Cats require Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. Ferrets require Rabies and Distemper.

6. Birds presented for boarding must have proof of a negative Psittacosis test.

7. Exams for first time patients may be done at a pre-scheduled appointment when they are brought in for boarding. It is preferred that owners schedule an appointment in advance of the boarding so that our doctor can meet you and your pet in a more relaxed environment.

8. Save 10% when boarding in same Runs.
Note: Nova Pets Health Center reserves the right to refuse same Run boarding if inappropriate or to separate animals when necessary.

9. Animals must be treated for any obvious signs of discomfort prior to boarding. Nova Pets Health Center may refuse boarding services if animal is in pain and owner is not willing to follow veterinary recommendations.
